Client Services Specialist

As a part of the Client Services team, this role helps users with complex technical issues, and participates in implementation of our scalable advertising sales solutions. The Client Services Specialist is responsible for handling primarily escalated technical support tickets from users, but will also handle regular support tickets from users, and a small amount of internal team member tickets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a significant interface to customers by handling complex technical discovery and fixes on support issues.
  • Assist in the creation of troubleshooting training for client services team members
  • Clearly communicate with the product and development teams when a support ticket requires a code or database level change.
  • Handle technical setup and tear down of team member accounts across all systems
  • Recommend and document changes to the support processes to drive workflow efficiencies across the company.

Requirements

  • Clear, concise, and comprehensive writing skills in English
  • Experience using async communication tools like Slack
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite, including Excel
  • An analytical mind, who is unfazed by problems they don’t understand.
  • Familiarity with debugging via the Chrome Dev Console
  • Familiarity with log analysis systems like Datadog
  • Familiarity with web programming
  • Familiarity with version control systems like GIT
  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working directly with product, or development teams
