As the new Content Marketing Manager at ShowSeeker, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, distribution, and optimization of sales and marketing content across various distribution channels. The Content Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the company's brand, product, and sales marketing efforts. You will collaborate with other teams to develop compelling content strategies, manage content calendars, and analyze content performance metrics.

  • Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement within the advertising industry.
  • Work closely with sales to gather insights, define goals, and identify target audiences for content initiatives.
  • Develop themes and timelines that align with product rollouts and business objectives.
  • Create and manage sales marketing materials such as presentations, one-sheets, and case-studies that clearly communicate our value to our customers and prospects.
  • Work closely with sales and product leadership to develop the sales narrative for our products and services.
  • Translate complicated technical details into relatable and engaging concepts with a formal language library and brand guidelines documents.
  • Create compelling and high-quality digital content, including blog posts and news articles, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Manage the end-to-end content creation process such as planning, ideation, research, writing, editing, and designing the final product.
  • Ensure content is high-quality, relevant, and aligned with brand voice and messaging.
  • Develop, manage, and track distribution efforts to ensure content reaches the target audience through various channels.
  • Leverage social media, email marketing, company website, and PR agency/industry contacts for content promotion.
  • Analyze and report on content performance metrics to optimize content creation and distribution strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and discoverability of our website and marketing content, driving organic traffic to our digital assets.
  • Manage the company’s website, keeping content relevant and fresh to drive meaningful traffic and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords, meta tags, and link building strategies into our content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the advertising industry, specifically within linear, broadcast, and streaming television, as well as digital media tactics such as display, video, native, and social.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, especially with cross-functional initiatives, that allow you to plan, create, and deliver, with measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience, preferably for a SaaS product.
  • Process management experience with strong technical skills and the ability to identify process inefficiencies and create improvements within marketing operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint and design skills with an attention to content detail and aesthetics. Website design a plus.
