As a part of the Product teams, this role contributes to the integration of research and audience data into our advertising sales solutions and ensures that the company follows industry-accepted data methodologies across all products and features.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that audience data strategy and methodologies are aligned with industry standards
  • Manage data vendor relationships and monitor contract SOW fulfillment
  • Be the voice of and advocate for our data practice to the advertising industry across MVPDs, Broadcast Stations, Networks, and Agencies
  • Advise ShowSeeker C-level leadership on contract negotiations, renewals, licensing, and fees
  • Provide, stakeholders with timely communications related to data enhancements, delivery and delays relevant to the Pilot Suite of Products
  • Create and maintain documentation related to audience data, viewership estimates and adjustments
  • Advise and collaborate with Product and Design teams to build data driven features
  • Assist the QA team in validating and testing data functionality across our systems
  • Support Technical Operations in resolving support tickets related to audience data
  • Provide trainings for stakeholders and external users on audience data and applications

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Media Research experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Nielsen, Comscore, VideoAmp, or iSpot viewership data
  • 2+ years of experience with digital ad data providers like LiveRamp, Experian and Epsilon
  • 2+ years of B2B or SaaS experience
  • Experience working directly with product, research, ad sales, or agency teams
  • Experience with project management and effective planning and coordination skills
  • Effective interpersonal and formal communications skills
  • Ability to present complex concepts, data and recommendations in a manner that supports quality decision making
  • Knowledge of how to use metrics and data as a way to support product development
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
